We are so excited to announce the details for this years Mid Year Display!

Our Mid Year Display is an informal concert that allows parents, grandparents and friends to see what your children have learnt in class throughout the first half of the year. Our Mid Year Display is a highlight of the year and so much fun!

WHEN

13th June

Please see the show orders to see which show/s your dancer is performing in.

LOCATION

Our Mid Year Display will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church.

UNIFORM

All students are required to wear full Precision Dance uniform to perform in as well as the correct footwear. This includes:

Ballet:

Test 1, 2 and 3:   Our junior ballet uniform is a Lilac leotard with skirt attached.

Bronze Medal - Gold Star:  Navy blue regulation leotard, ballet tights, pink ballet shoes with ribbon. From silver star onwards, a navy blue wrap skirt.

Elementary - Advanced: Black regulation leotard, black wrap skirt ballet tights, pink ballet shoes with ribbon

Jazz/Tap/Acro/Cirque/Contemporary:

Black & white regulation leotard & black Cosi-g bike shorts, along with the correct footwear for the genre of dance (black jazz shoes, black tap shoes).

Hip Hop: 

Black pants or shorts and Precision Dance uniform tshirt. Sneakers - preferably black.

Make sure you don't leave any uniform purchases until the last minute as our uniform does sell out fast!

GROOMING

Any long hair is required to be pulled neatly off their face in a high ponytail, or a ballet bun for ballet. You are welcome to put a small amount of stage makeup on your child, but if they are not keen - no stress! There will be basic stage lighting.

Please also make sure shoes and uniforms are clean and looking presentable.

If you are unsure of your dancers class names these can be viewed on the Parent Portal or on your Enrolment Confirmation.

***If your child is unable to attend the concert – please let us know ASAP so teachers can be notified.***

If you aren't already, please make sure you are on Band App. Teachers will be posting class updates and videos of routines along with the music for your dancer to practice in the lead up to Mid-Year. Reach out if you need any assistance with joining your dancers classes on Band.

TICKETING INFORMATION

PRESCHOOL MID-YEAR DISPLAY - $13.50

GENERAL MID-YEAR DISPLAYS - $15.50

* Children under 4 do not require a ticket if they will not be occupying a seat and will sit on a parents lap. Please note - we have to be strict with this as our displays and shows often sell out.

Note: Tickets are general admission, there is no allocated seating or limits on number of tickets you can purchase.

Tickets available until sold out.

*** Dancers do not need to purchase a ticket to their show or to watch siblings. ***
